Huff Po greated me this morning with a headline calling our upcoming years “the lost decade“. It offers a great chart and analysis. But unfortunately I can’t accept this reality.

These upcoming years are going to be my years. My generation is ready to roll. We’re ready to step up and create a world that we want our children to grow up in.

Sorry folks, doomsday sayers and depressing, negative voices of gloom, you will have to step aside and let us do the work that we are supposed to be doing here.

It’s going to be amazing and if you’re still around you will be excited to have witness this.

So stay tuned and watch us change the course of history like many have done before us. Perhaps even you at some point. You just have grown tired of fighting. But that’s okay. We will pick up the baton and carry the torch.

This is our time!

“Hope” “Change” “Change” “Hope”. Sadly nobody has defined this “glorious work” they wish to do. Merely keep repeating that they wish to do glorious things. Yes I'm full o' doom and gloom, but what is this concrete thing you wish to do? How do you wish to do it? What will it accomplish?

You don't define your work either, and I won't give you the satisfaction of telling you what I am doing so you can tear it apart. I will live my life I want for me and my family and you can live yours… it'll be great!!
