What do you guys think of this?
A micropayment system that bypasses advertising and instead gives readers the ability to pay small amounts incrementaly by “flattering” the content you create?

For my living room.

Apple bought Lala.com and shut it down. I love my Roku and stream movies and music (Pandora, currently) through my speakers hooked up to my TV.

Here is what needs to happen: Apple needs to turn Lala.com into iTunes.com and allow web streaming, that in return can be accessed via my Roku box, so I can stream my music collection, through the cloud into my living room.

Google changed their news page to make it more interactive. Google has been struggling to find a way to enter the social media realm with failed attempts like Wave and Buzz. Here is a new attempt. Though tamer in approach then past roll outs, it shows Google is taking social media serious and wants to go beyond the algorithm of their search engine. I like the changes to the site.

Google added a “Vuvuzela any Youtube video” to it’s nav bar. Now you can hit the little soccer ball and you will hear the amazingly annoying and wonderful sound on every Youtube video you watch, almost. Keep Reading »
